First consultations typically run 30–45 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 15–20 minutes.
Does Dr. Basak see emergencies?
For medical emergencies, please go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Routine and urgent (non-emergency) consultations can be booked via WhatsApp or phone.
Can I get a second opinion?
Yes — international and domestic second opinions are accepted. Bring prior reports, scans, and prescriptions for a thorough review.
Does she consult online?
Yes — video consultation is offered for follow-ups, second opinions, and case review. Reach out on WhatsApp to confirm availability. In-person consultations are recommended for new patients.
Is the clinic insurance-empanelled?
